Paunat, a tiny village which dates back over 1000 years, lies in a lovely valley near the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers. This renovated farm building is just outside Paunat and, although small, has been thoughtfully planned and furnished by its owners to make an ideal place for a couple.
The owner's house is adjacent.
A small sitting/dining room is separated from the galley kitchen area by a pine screen. A step down from the kitchen leads to the shower room and separate WC. The very pretty bedroom is nicely furnished with pine furniture. French doors from the sitting room lead out to the grassy garden at the back which has pleasant views across the countryside and features the newly built swimming pool.
