The Presidential Villas (Ariadne & Minos) are two deluxe properties with spectacular sea views, unique features and facilities. Built on two floors and of similar layout, each villa has a large infinity seasonally-heated pool with built-in jacuzzi and jet for upstream swimming. The ground floor has spacious living room with formal dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. The floor to ceiling windows open directly onto the pool deck terrace.
Each property has three grand "loft-style" master suites with en-suite marble bathrooms, whirlpool baths and separate shower cabins. The villas are also equipped with own private gym, sauna and steam bath.
The Mediterranean Villas (Mirabello & Areti) are two wonderful properties with own swimming pool, built-in jacuzzi and sea views. Each house has three master bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms.
The Aegean Villas (Plaka & Limnes) are two smaller, yet attractive properties with own swimming pool, built-in jacuzzi and sea views. Each house features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms sharing one bathroom.
